Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Claude Mastery collects, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
1. Who we are
Claude Mastery (operated by Inskillclaude) is a paid online masterclass on the Claude AI platform. The website inskillclaude.com is the data controller for the personal data described below.

2. Data we collect
We collect only the data needed to deliver the service:
- Account data: name, email, password (hashed), preferred language, plan.
- Learning data: progress, quiz answers, completion status, certificate code.
- Billing data: handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.
- Technical logs: IP address, user agent, request timestamp (kept 30 days max).
- Optional analytics: anonymized usage events when you accept the analytics cookie category.
3. Why we use it
- To create and secure your account, deliver lessons and issue certificates (contractual basis).
- To bill you and prevent fraud (contractual + legitimate interest).
- To improve the product through aggregated, opt-in analytics (consent).
- To send transactional emails (account, password resets, certificate). We do not send marketing without your explicit consent.
4. Who we share it with
We use a minimal stack of trusted sub-processors, all under written data-protection agreements:
- Supabase — authentication and primary database.
- Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Vercel — hosting and CDN.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
5. International transfers
Some sub-processors are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
6. How long we keep it
- Account data: while the account exists, plus 12 months after deletion for legal recovery.
- Billing records: 7 years (tax law).
- Technical logs: 30 days.
- Marketing consent records: 5 years.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, Quebec Law 25, LGPD), you can ask us to:
- access a copy of your personal data,
- correct or update inaccurate data,
- delete your account and personal data,
- object to or restrict certain processing,
- withdraw your consent at any time,
- port your data to another provider,
- complain to a supervisory authority.

8. Security
Passwords are hashed; data in transit uses TLS 1.2+; data at rest is encrypted by Supabase. Access to production data is limited to a small list of named operators with two-factor authentication.
9. Children
Claude Mastery is not directed at children under 16. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
We will notify you by email and on the site whenever we change this policy in a material way.
